All custom fabric accessory orders are governed by a written order agreement confirmed via email between you and Vlixaroxghimnaxx. Orders become binding upon confirmation of your deposit payment. Vlixaroxghimnaxx reserves the right to decline orders at its discretion.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of any artwork, logos, or designs you supply for custom production. By submitting artwork, you confirm you have the right to use it commercially and grant Vlixaroxghimnaxx a limited license to reproduce it solely for fulfilling your order. All website content, including text, design, and imagery, is the property of Vlixaroxghimnaxx and may not be reproduced without written permission.

5. Payment Terms

A 50% deposit is required before production begins on any custom order. The remaining balance is due prior to dispatch. Prices are confirmed at the time of the written order agreement. Vlixaroxghimnaxx is not liable for price fluctuations in materials after an order is confirmed.

6. Cancellations and Modifications

Order cancellations or modifications requested after deposit payment may be subject to fees depending on production stage. Please review our Return Policy for detailed terms on cancellations and returns.

7. Limitation of Liability

Vlixaroxghimnaxx's liability for any claim arising from the use of our services or products is limited to the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our custom fabric accessories. If a product is found to be defective due to a manufacturing error, we will work with you to provide a replacement or appropriate remedy. Warranty claims must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Jefferson County, Wisconsin.
