Return Policy

At Vlixaroxghimnaxx, we take quality seriously and stand behind every custom fabric accessory we produce. Because all of our bags, pouches, and accessories are made to order based on your specific requirements, our return policy reflects the custom nature of what we do.
1. Custom Orders
All orders placed with Vlixaroxghimnaxx are custom-produced to your specifications. As such, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for custom accessories that have been made correctly according to the approved specification, simply because you have changed your mind or no longer require the items.
2. Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or was produced incorrectly relative to the approved written specification, we will work with you to resolve the issue. You must:
- Contact us within 14 days of the delivery date
- Provide your order reference and a description of the issue
- Supply photographic evidence of the defect or discrepancy
Upon reviewing your claim, we may offer a replacement production run, a partial or full refund, or a credit toward a future order, at our discretion depending on the nature and extent of the issue.
3. Order Cancellations
You may request a cancellation of an order before production has started. If cancellation is requested after deposit payment but before materials are cut or production begins, we will refund your deposit minus a processing fee of $25. Once production has started, we are unable to offer a deposit refund as materials and labor have already been committed. If a prototype has been completed and approved, the full balance is due.
4. Order Modifications
Modifications to an approved order specification (dimensions, fabric, hardware, branding) may be possible if requested before the cutting stage. Accepted modifications may affect the final price and timeline. Modifications requested after production has begun may not be possible and may incur additional charges.
5. Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives visibly damaged due to transit handling, please note the damage with the carrier and contact us within 5 business days of delivery. Retain all original packaging as it may be required for a carrier claim. We will work with you to arrange a resolution.
