Our production workflow

Every custom order at vlixaroxghimnaxx.world follows a defined process so you know exactly what happens and when.

Submit Your Brief

Use our contact form to describe your project. Include intended use, approximate dimensions, quantity, preferred fabrics, hardware, and any branding requirements. The more detail you provide, the more precise our proposal will be.

Review and Approve Proposal

Within two business days we send back a written proposal with a detailed cost estimate, timeline, fabric and hardware options, and a technical specification sheet. You review, ask questions, and approve or request adjustments.

Sample or Prototype

For new designs or larger orders, we strongly recommend a physical prototype. This confirms fit, fabric behavior, hardware placement, and branding execution before full production begins. Samples are charged at cost.

Production Run

Once the prototype is approved and a deposit is received, your order enters the production queue. We provide updates at key milestones and are available for questions throughout.

Quality Check and Dispatch

Every item is checked against the approved specification before packaging. Orders are securely packed and shipped to your US address with tracking provided.

Typical turnaround: Standard orders ship within 10–18 business days after deposit and prototype approval. Rush options may be available — contact us to discuss.

Materials We Use

We work with a carefully selected range of fabrics suited to functional, durable accessories:

  • Woven cotton canvas (8 oz, 12 oz)
  • Waxed and treated linen
  • Ripstop nylon (lightweight & durable)
  • Polyester twill (water-resistant options)
  • Soft suede alternatives
  • Lining fabrics (cotton, satin, mesh)

Hardware and Closures

We source brass, antique brass, silver, and matte black hardware including zippers, D-rings, rivets, snaps, magnetic clasps, and cord stoppers. All hardware is specified during the proposal stage.

Our minimum order is 10 units per style. For prototypes and sampling, we accept single-unit requests. If you need fewer than 10 units for a production run, contact us — we may be able to accommodate depending on the design complexity.
Yes, in many cases. We accept customer-supplied materials provided they meet minimum width and weight specifications. We'll review your materials during the proposal stage and advise on suitability. Note that material quality and consistency may affect the final result.
We offer several branding application methods: screen printing, heat transfer, embroidery, and woven labels. The best option depends on your fabric type and logo complexity. Provide your artwork in vector format (SVG or AI preferred) during the proposal stage and we'll recommend the most suitable method.
Currently, Vlixaroxghimnaxx ships within the United States. If you are an international buyer, please contact us to discuss options — we evaluate international orders on a case-by-case basis.
Please provide artwork as vector files: SVG, EPS, or Adobe Illustrator (.ai). For embroidery, DST or similar embroidery formats are preferred. High-resolution PNG (at least 300 dpi at intended print size) is acceptable for heat transfer. Raster files such as JPEG are not recommended for screen printing or embroidery.
We accept bank transfer (ACH), credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), and PayPal. A 50% deposit is required to begin production. The remaining balance is due prior to dispatch. Prototype costs are charged in full upfront.
Changes may be possible during the early stages of production. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to make adjustments. Note that changes after materials have been cut or production has begun may incur additional charges or affect the timeline.
All finished accessories are individually inspected, folded, and placed in protective packaging before being packed into shipment boxes. Custom packaging (tissue paper, hang tags, branded boxes) can be arranged at additional cost — mention this in your brief.
